Return & Exchange Policy – AKS BY SAKSHI


At AKS BY SAKSHI, we take great pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a fair and transparent process.


  1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only (no return or refund) in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong article, size, or incomplete set).
  • You must provide a parcel opening video (uncut and clearly showing the full unboxing process) as proof within 24 hours of delivery.

If the same article is unavailable, you can choose another product of the same value from our store.


  1. No Returns or Refunds
  • We do not offer returns or monetary refunds under any circumstances.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  1. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Record a clear parcel opening video before unboxing the package.
  2. Email at aksbysakshi01@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number and issue details.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
  4. Once approved, the product must be returned in unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

After receiving and verifying the item, we’ll dispatch your replacement product.


  1. Shipping for Exchanges
  • If the exchange is due to a wrong or damaged product, shipping costs will be borne by us.
  • In other cases, customers may be required to bear the shipping charges, subject to inspection and approval.

  1. Repeated Returns & Misuse

To maintain fairness, repeated exchange or return requests from the same customer may not be accepted.
Our team reserves the right to refuse future orders in such cases.
